 Alex Lemus has been involved with photography since his mother put the camera in his hands at the young age of 12. His formal training includes Fashion Institute of Technology, Academy of Art University and The School of Visual Arts. His work has been published in magazines and blogs all over the world. He has been nominated twice for the very prestigious Black and White Spider Awards.  His commercial photography work has adorned him countless Addy Awards. His personal photography is collected by curators, and art buyers.

 Alex’s current personal emphasis is portraiture on simple high key backgrounds.  Alex is the co-founder of the Salvagery Artist Collective and the former Hobson Gallery. Alex is currently a freelance photographer in Southern California.
